If you want a new place to check out for brunch, lunch or even dinner, consider the Salted Brick. The chef at this restaurant focuses his efforts on making food that comes straight from the farms in the area as well as artisans. Chef Jason Leizert brings a new twist to the downtown Kelowna area and with handcrafted meals you can enjoy a meal that is truly amazing. The meat that is used is free from hormones, antibiotics and is locally sourced.

This restaurant is located near the Paramount Theatres and offers wooden bench seating and small tables allowing for a more intimate atmosphere. This allows your lunch or brunch meetings to be more intimate and more personal which is great if you are having a business meal to close a deal.

The Menu

You can enjoy house cured meats and cheese from California. You can also enjoy wines from the Pacific Northwest allowing you to experience a new face to food in the local area. This restaurant was formerly a vegetarian restaurant and when Chef Leizert took over, he as an Executive Chef at a bistro and moving has allowed him to open up the Salted Brick.

Enjoy lunch meals that include salads, eggs with sausage and bread, spied bologna sandwich, roasted carrot soup and more. There is wine and other cocktails served allowing you to unwind after a long day. You can taste unique foods that perhaps you wouldn’t have tried any other way.

This restaurant is putting a new face on the area and is bringing in a new way of enjoying home grown food. The meat is free from chemicals which is something many people want to avoid these days.

Hours

The restaurant is open Sunday to Tuesday from 10am to 6pm, Wednesday to Saturday from 10am-10am. This allows you to get a great tasting meal no matter what time it is.
