What Wines Do They Offer?

Currently they offer 4 very distinct wines. The 2014 Gewürztraminer, 2013 Phantom Red, 2014 WOOPS?, and the 2013 Pinot Grigio. Here’s a quick look at each wine.

2014 Gewürztraminer

If you love fruity flavours you will love the 2014 Gewürztraminer. It’s a mixture of pink grapefruit and rich nectarine. And the aroma, which consists of rose petal, Muscat and bright citrus, is simply amazing. The finish is very peachy and it’s just a tad bit off dry.

In 2013, the 2012 Gewürztraminer won the Bronze medal in the white wine category and the label competition. The 2014 Gewürztraminer will run you $225 for a case of 12.

2013 Phantom Red

The 2013 Phantom Red is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah. It was created to help celebrate the first performance of the Phantom of the Villa which took place in August of 2014.

This wine is very rich and somewhat oily. It has a chocolate and vanilla flavour as well as a long finish. You can get 12 bottles of the 2013 Phantom Red for $270.

2014 WOOPS?

If you want something that will tantalize your taste buds, you will love the 2014 WOOPS?. It is a combination of all the grapes that have been produced on the estate. That includes Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer. Combine that with citrus, white peach, and apricot and you literally have an explosion of taste. 12 bottles of this tasty treat will run you $225.

2013 Pinot Grigio

Fresh lemon and ambrosia apple are the two flavours, and aromas, that dominate the 2013 Pinot Grigio. It has a very rich texture yet it is extremely balanced. Your palate will love it.
