The choices can sometimes feel overwhelming when you're searching for the perfect Realtor, but such a Realtor does exist... and his name is Wesley Schnitzler. Sure, his name makes you think of a certain list... but he'll work tirelessly with you to ensure you secure your dream home. We had some hang ups with zoning, and the insurer had claimed there was a lease on our property, there wasn't. There so clearly wasn't, nor had there ever been, but try telling that to the scumbags that control the mortgage insurance; a bunch'a cigar totin' fat cats. They didn't plan on dealing with Wesley Schnitzler, aka the Bruce Wayne of Real Estate. Wesley donned his Batman cape, and helped prove there was not, nor had there ever been a leasehold on the property. The rest of the deal went smoothly, and we now have a wonderful home. Other things we appreciated were your constant feedback to keep us up to date, your attention to the details of paper work, your suggestions about negotiating things like sewer pump-out, deck repairs.
